Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the upcoming closure of our business, all sales made through our swimwear store are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we are offering an exchange option with a fee of 15 AED per item.

Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs and the 15 AED exchange fee per item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a store credit valid until [Insert Date].
